Shipping Rates
We've got some simple and wallet-friendly shipping rates for you:
- $5 flat rate shipping for all orders within the continental United States.
- $10 flat rate shipping for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other USA territories.
And just a heads-up, we're not taking off on international adventures just yet.
Delivery Time
So, you've clicked that order button—nice choice! We'll get to work, and usually, within about 2 business days, your order will be all packed up and ready to hit the road. We'll send you a friendly email with tracking info once it's on its way. Remember, delivery times can vary depending on where you're at and which carrier we use.
Keep in mind that during some holidays, our magic-making crew may take a little extra time to process your orders.
Local Pickup
We totally get it – we're a local company, and we appreciate your support! Many of you have asked about local pickup, and while we'd love to meet you in person, we want to be upfront about our current capabilities.
At the moment, we're unable to offer local pickup as a shipping option. We know this might be a bit of a bummer, and we're sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. Our main focus is on making sure your orders are delivered quickly and smoothly, and we're still working on getting the local pickup service just right. Our team is small, and we want to provide you with the best experience possible.
